Serge Lutens offers a refined return process for products purchased on our official online boutique, provided they remain in their original, unopened packaging and are returned within 30 days of receipt. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, any fragrance or cosmetic item that has been unsealed or used cannot be accepted for return.

Prepare the Parcel
Place the items in their original condition and packaging, including all protective materials and the original invoice, into a secure shipping box.
Dispatch the Shipment
Affix the provided prepaid label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location, ensuring you retain the tracking receipt for your records.
Quality Inspection and Refund
Upon receipt at our atelier, our experts will verify the condition of the items before processing your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
